- You need to cite the work of generative AI
- ChatGPT stands in as “author” of the content, and OpenAI (the company that developed ChatGPT) is the publisher or sponsor, followed by the date the text was generated.
- Remember, the purpose of a bibliography is to direct your readers to the same page. Do not put the generative AI source on your bibliography unless it can generate a link that can be used by everyone (not just you) to read the same text.
